We work with you to understand your business and short and long term goals, and develop a strategy that supports achieving these goals. We also identify and work with stakeholders that can support your organisation to navigate challenges, mitigate risks, unlock opportunities and grow.

In 13 years as an elected official in state and local government liaising at all levels, Michael achieved over $1.9B in capital investments and $345M in community grants. And brokered pathways and overcome blockages for new mining, energy, agribusiness, medical, research, education and thoroughbred industry investments, including co-facilitating the upturn in average NSW dairy farm profitability to its highest in nine years.

In the 15 years prior as director of a rural financial services company with clients across Australia.

And during the previous seven years as a franchise owner of six Colonial State Bank branches, he built a new mobile lending business from $0 to $100M.

Michael's know-how in dealing with local, state and federal governments and success in private sector business has given him a wealth of contacts and positioned him as a senior strategist able to understand and deliver your needs - no matter what industry you're in, how specialist it is or where its located.
